Description

Please join guest educator Fred Campbell-Craven to learn how to work with kids to teach them the joys of fishing on our lake. Our May Homeschool Friday event will feature fishing so we want to use this time to help everyone get a better understanding of techniques like casting, tying knots, and more importantly - untying tangles! No equipment or experience necessary.

Join fellow environmental educators, classroom teacher, naturalists, homeschool teachers, volunteers, and anyone who is passionate about sharing their love of nature for these monthly events. We will discuss topics around education, pedagogy, curriculum, stewardship, social-emotional learning, JEDI principles, and more. Check back for details specific to this meeting, or join our Google Classroom by emailing [email protected]
